NEW Activities for The Behavioral Economics of Global Affairs (Friday, after Carnaval)
Ok, I know how hard it must have been these days without classes at UFRPE, right? It´s ok, you will survive... (heheheh) This week, we invite you to watch one more TED TALK: one that uses both conventional and behavioral economics to explain WHY we have such a hard time convincing people to take action and reduce their footprints... as a contribution to reduce global warming. We will discuss some of the concepts in class, next week, but don´t forget to answer two quick questions (check out the second link, too). Cheers!

Activities for The Behavioral Economics of Global Affairs (Friday, before Carnaval)
All right, everybody... we agreed it would not be a good idea to have a class on Friday night, due to Carnaval festivities and traffic jams. Then, we invite students to take sometime over the next few days (until Wednesday) to watch a documentary on Children´s exposure to advertising and to answer a few questions about it. Those who submit their answers before next Thursday will not get an "absence" on Friday´s class, ok? Cheers!
